We are looking for licensed Cosmetologists and Barbers to join our team of creative professionals! The ideal candidates for these jobs are outgoing, motivated and customer oriented. Your Qualifications
- You must maintain a current cosmetology or barber license applicable to state requirements
- Be proficient with using all equipment needed to perform technical work
- Have excellent communication skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team while building and maintaining strong Guests relationships
- Able and willing to work various schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to participate in a learning environment
- Have a passion for the beauty industry and strong people skills
- Provide great customer service; cooperate and build positive, inclusive, and respectful relationships; take accountability for your actions and outcomes
- Ability to show technical skillset in terms of layered cuts, clipper cuts, and color application
- Up to date with industry trends
What You will Do
Consult with Guests on their hair needs, recommending professional hair care services and products
- Perform professional styling services
- Acknowledge and greet all Guests and offer friendly, prompt, and courteous service
- Meet or exceed all individual sales and productivity goals
- Attend all mandatory educations events/training and workshops
- Assist in salon duties (e.g., filling Salon retail displays and shelves.)
- Adhere to Justmanes Salon standards for guest service and cleanliness
- Adhere to salon dress code
