Responsibilities

Our Property Managers are responsible for assisting in all phases of the operation of a property, including but not limited to the day-to-day financials, leasing, marketing, maintenance, and administrative functions of the communities they manage. Completes accounting responsibilities including managing expenses, accurate reporting of activities and month-end close reports, collections of rent and utilities, and timely processing of Security Deposit refunds. Maintains the highest level of customer service to prospects, tenants, vendors, and co-workers. Consistently leads by example, monitors daily tasks, delegates work, and provides support when needed. Stays compliant with all applicable laws, Fair Housing, Landlord Tenant, and safety protocols.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE

The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities:

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

· Minimum of 1-year supervisory property management experience (may include a combination of leasing, assistant manager, and/or property manager experience).

· Ability to effectively communicate both written, and verbally, read, analyze, and interpret complex documents and financial reports.

· Must be able to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints and can resolve conflicts in a professional manner

· Ability to work independently without supervision and has excellent time management and strong organizational skills with attention to detail

· Comprehensive understanding of arithmetic, accounting, and understand the basics of managing a budget to control expenses.

· Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.

· Proficient in Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Gmail & Yardi Voyager.

· Reliable transportation, Current Driver’s License & Vehicle Insurance required

· Able to work weekends and overtime as the job requires and to be on call as needed

· We offer a competitive compensation package that includes 75% paid Medical

· Bonus Plan for additional compensation based on Leasing Performance, Reducing Vacancy loss and reducing expenses.

Pay: $50,000.00 annual compensation package (Housing Included)

To keep our managers safe during COVID-19, all leasing offices are closed to the public. All team members are provided with safety and sanitizing supplies. Managers conduct touring events that abide by all social distancing recommendations, including virtual or self-guided showings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
