As an extension of the Marketing and Business Development department, you will be responsible for: assisting new and existing customers with physician referral services, appointment scheduling, class enrollment, program registration, fulfillment and patient portal support, among other responsibilities. The duties of this position require almost constant phone interaction throughout the shift including both inbound and outbound calls.

Position: Contact Center Specialist- remote opportunity with monthly onsite requirement
Shift: Day Shift- 9:30am-6pm

Experience:

1. One to Three years of telephone or community/public interaction with emphasis on customer service.
2. Healthcare related experience, medical terminology and managed care knowledge preferred.
3. Excellent writing and communication skills required.
4. Demonstrated computer knowledge with experience of multiple databases, as well as working knowledge of the Internet, word, excel and email required.

Education:

High School Diploma / GED required; Associates Degree preferred.
