Wraparound Coach Clinical Supervisor – AK Child & Family – Anchorage, AK

  • The Wraparound Coach Clinical Supervisor (WCCS) is responsible for oversight of the C.A.R.E.S. Wraparound program.
  • Serves as Wraparound subject matter expert to lead, coach and develop staff to excellence in this model.
  • Collaborates with NCFIE’s C.A.R.E.S. Replication Team as needed.
  • Co-facilitate Family Team Conference and assist with complex cases when indicated.
  • This position will promote and provide leadership of strong relationships and consensus building with family members, family partners, providers and the community.
  • Responsible for hiring and supervising Wraparound Case Managers and Family/Parent & Youth Partners.
  • Responsible for skill development and training of Wraparound Case Managers, and Family/Parent & Youth Partners to ensure staff are implementing each phase of wraparound with high fidelity.
  • Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate documentation occurs by Wraparound Case Managers and Family/Parent & Youth Partners.
  • Conducts documentation review, to ensure that progress notes to bill Medicaid are accurate and complete. Ensures resources are used efficiently and that maximization of alternative funding streams is identified and utilized as needed.
  • The WCCS will complete assessments for youth referred for program, as needed.
  • Carry a small clinical caseload of clients, implementing appropriate treatment strategies for clients and their families.
  • Provide services including family, individual, and group therapy for youth as needed.
  • The WCCS is the directing clinician for treatment for youth on caseload, which includes assisting in the development of treatment plan and implementation of appropriate treatment strategies for youth and their families.
  • Responsible for adhering to and training of standards and regulations as set forth by the Agency, OCS Licensing, The Joint Commission and Medicaid.

PAY

  • DOE
  • Bonus in the amount of 1.5% of annual salary after successful completion of 6-month Intro Period and another at the 1-year anniversary.
  • Annual raises are based on the annual budget and not guaranteed each year.
