Analyst Treasury – Hilton Grand Vacations – Orlando, FL

What will I be doing?

We are seeking a Treasury Analyst based in our Orlando Corporate office. Do you have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance with a desire to work for a growing organization? You might be the ideal candidate for this position!

In this role you would perform cash management processes and analysis related to Hilton Grand Vacations cash operations. In addition to daily treasury operations the Treasury Analyst will assist with ad hoc requests and upcoming projects. The position will also ensure that cash management services are consistently applied in accordance with HGV’s standard policies and procedures.

Additional Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with daily cash management for corporate cash including concentration of funds, electronic payments, change orders, disbursements, short term investment of funds and setting cash positions.

  • Research variances and respond to inquiries from operations, internal customers, and independent auditors related to bank account activities.

  • Monitor and handle the daily cash position to ensure liquidity for daily operations. Invest excess cash with company investment policy

  • Support internal and external partners with opening, structuring and closing of bank accounts –lockbox setups, positive pay and bank supply orders.

  • Effectively collaborate with other departments, such as Tax, Legal and Accounting to assist with new initiatives and projects

  • Ensure consistent application of cash management standards and policies.

  • Cross train with other team members and independently provide backup cash management functions

Qualifications


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration

  • Critical thinking and analytical skills acquired through experience in cash management or comparable role.

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Able to work independently and to exercise good judgment/decision making skills with minimal direct supervision.

  • Absolute discretion and confidentiality of information.

  • Ability to work well in a fast paced environment and optimally balance multiple projects.

  • Self-motivated, conscientious, and strong work ethic
