All Care Home Health Provider based in Glendale, CA is currently seeking a field Speech Therapist (ST) to visit home health patients. You can apply for any specialty like adult/ elderly and/or pediatrics speech therapy.

REQUIREMENTS:
- California clinical license.
- CPR certification.
- CA driver’s license.
- CA car insurance.
- Required Physical, TB test, Vaccines /Titers.
- Two professional references.
- Business license and business associates agreement if a COMPANY, and the copies of credentials of one of each of your main therapists upon contracting (additional therapists’ credentials can be submitted BEFORE their first assignment/s).
