Warehouse Security Officer $14/hr
Metro One LPSG is hiring a warehouse security officer to work at our client location in LINDEN, NJ.
We are hiring for the second (3p-11p) and the third (11p-7am) shift.
MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK FRIDAY, SATURDAY, AND SUNDAY.
Officer Summary:
Officer will be responsible for manning a control center – doing virtual tours, monitoring alarms etc.

Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver license
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have flexibility within schedule
- Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process and continuously meet any applicable state, county and municipal requirements for Security Officers.
Officer Knowledge of the following:
- Access control systems
- Physical Security Inspections
- Willing to stand for lengthy periods
- Bag Inspections – Personnel Inspection
- Metal Detector and Baggage Inspection Systems
- Vehicle and Trailer Inspections
- Inventory and Supply Chain Asset Protection
- Security Alarms
- Fire and Life Safety Alarms
- Proficient in Report Writing
- Large Distribution Center Experience
- Other duties/knowledge might be needed in order to perform job
- Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process and continuously meet any applicable state, county and municipal requirements.
*Previous military experience preferred*
