Sales and Leasing Associate: Ypsilanti, Belleville area, MI
$55,000.00 – $65,,000.00 per year
Great opportunity to work with individuals and families to help find housing that fits their lifestyle! We are seeking a Sales and Leasing Associate to conduct the sales and leasing of new and pre-owned homes along with the sales of brokered homes in a specified manufactured housing community. This role will show, advertise and market homes, and coordinate closings. The best candidate must like people, be able to show homes and guide prospects through the home buying/leasing process.
This is an hourly position and is paid commissions. Total income for this position is expected to be $55k – $65k per year.
Must Haves:
- Two+ years related sales experience.
- Strong variety of administrative skills including customer service; problem solving; sales or persuasion skills.
- Excellent communication skills including writing and verbal.
- Proficient computer literacy in MS Office suite of products and software applications including Yardi, Rent Manager, Back Office, and Manage America.
- Able and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
- Reliable transportation
