RN will do admission (OASIS) discharges and recertifications.
LVN does follow up care, disease management teachings, safety teachings and woud care PRN.
RN provides a variety of tasks during patient visits depending on the specific plan of care and type of patient. ( ask manager for all the resposibilities over the phone).
LVN collect samples fro Lab testing as assigned, record a patient’s medical history acuurately, administer injections, take and record measurements of blood pressure, monitor patient’s vital sings and so on (ask manager for all responsibilities over the phone)
