AVAILABLE SHIFTS:
- Full-Time AM (7A-3P), PM (3-11P), NOC (11P-7A)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make patient rounds, assessing and observing vital signs, positioning, restraint application, etc.
- Make assessments and interventions related to changes of patient condition (eg. pain management, abnormal laboratory values, wound treatments, etc.)
- Intravenous insertion, site changes, dressing changes, intravenous medication administration, assessing intravenous insertion site for signs and symptoms of infection and/or need for changes
- Establish and implement patient plans of care and document care provided appropriately
- Evaluates patients for bowel and bladder program
- Supervises the LVNs and CNAs, carrying out all supervisory responsibilities including assigning and directing work, appraising performance of LVNs, addressing complaints, and resolving problems
