Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Identify and meet U.S. customer, consumer, and HCPs needs via phone, email, or fax by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers or alternate solutions to all inquiries within set timelines for all business units.
  • Maintaining the CRM database by logging call details accurately in accordance with department guidelines to report various trends to senior leadership.
  • Maintaining current thorough knowledge of all business units and product portfolios, marketing campaigns, pricing, website information, PAP programs, FAQs, and other relevant programs and information.
  • Research and resolve shipping or customer order discrepancies in accordance with department processes.
  • Ability to identify trends in the market as it relates to inquiries received from customers, consumers, and HCPs, and effectively communicate common themes to Customer Relations leadership.
  • Responsible for order management and processing by ensuring accurate and timely shipment and delivery of orders minimizing lead times and meeting customer thru collaboration with the Distribution Center.
  • May perform administrative tasks as it relates to the order entry process with Mylan’s ERP system.
  • Ensure compliance to all documented practices for various inquiries.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and 0-1 year of experience. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
  • Must be a team player and the ability to establish and maintain effective business relationships. Must have the ability to work independently, take initiative, prioritize, and manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines. Must demonstrate the initiative to work with others to advance knowledge and ability to take on new tasks and responsibilities.
  • Must possess knowledge and understanding of customer service operations
  • Ability to read and interpret general business documents. Ability to work with peers and communicate basic concepts.
  • Ability to solve practical problems through standardized solutions that require limited judgment. Ability to follow prescribed and detailed procedures to solve routine problems
  • Typically sitting at a desk or table. Intermittently sitting, standing, walking or stooping. May be required to stand; walk; stoop; bend; kneel; and climb steps. May require use of hands and use of arms. Sedentary lifting requirements.
  • Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
