Position Summary:

To provide maintenance on residential and/or light commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

Required Qualifications / Achievements:

  • Must have valid Georgia Driver’s License and have clean driving record for at least the past three years. The driving record (MVR) will be checked prior to employment and must be acceptable to our insurance company.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening test.
  • Must pass pre-employment background check.
  • Work from extension and step ladders
  • Demonstrate basic knowledge of service tools and testing devices
  • Demonstrate ability to perform routine preventative maintenance on residential/ light commercial systems with minimal assistance and supervision
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of soldering and refrigeration procedures
  • Demonstrate ability to use current iPad technology for communications and field reporting

Desired Qualifications / Achievements:

  • HVAC Tech School Certificate and/ or Equivalent Experience
  • High School Diploma
  • EPA Certified
  • NATE certification is a plus, but not required

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Arrive at jobsite at scheduled time and location as dispatched
  • Maintain necessary truck stock levels in company-provided vehicle
  • Follow instructions from supervisor and/or dispatch team
  • Communicate regularly with customers and the dispatch team in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Always maintain professional appearance and attitude
  • Complete all service-related forms properly
  • Inform/Acquire and educate customers about residential/commercial planned maintenance agreements
  • Inform and educate customers on additional products, replacement options, and services available through company
  • On call status for emergency service as required- rotating schedule until 9 pm at night
  • Basic knowledge of diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques

Use of visions abilities include, close vision, distant vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to focus.

  • While performing the duties of this position, the employee is exposed to weather conditions at that time. They may be required to be in confined spaces for short periods of time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
