SpringBoard Recovery is searching for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to fulfill our Business Development position.
Qualified candidates will:
1. Identify, build, and maintain relationships with referral companies while cultivating a schedule that organizes a balance of current referral companies and new business development.
2. Have the competency to communicate with people at all levels of SpringBoard Recovery organization. From management to clients, and those who manage clients, all positions should have a positive interaction and connection with you.
3. Have a general understanding of treatment modalities, levels of care, and industry best practices for treating substance abuse and mental-health disorders.
4. Have proficient organizational, documentation and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to communicate, follow-through, and facilitate multi-tasking in the health care industry.
5. Understand insurance in the addiction and recovery industry.
6. Understand and practice HIPAA in all dealings.
Requirements
- Four-year degree or equivalent demonstrated experience in a healthcare marketing field.
- 1+ years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to travel throughout the state of Arizona
- Technologically savvy is a must
- Ability to create reports outlining weekly visits
- Knowledge of the substance abuse industry preferred
