Director of Human Resources
WilMarc is a rapidly growing manufacturer of PVC-Free medical devices. We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Director to play a vital role to enhance our great team. Requirements for this position will include a passion for building effective teams combined with empathy, compassion, attention to detail and leadership skills. The Human Resource Director provides leadership and is involved with all HR roles such as employee relations, benefits, recruiting, organizational developments, payroll, and safety.

Organizational Relationships
The Human Resource Manager reports to the President. The manager is also responsible for building working
relationships with all management and employees throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
Assists and develops company policies and procedures for the organization
Partners with management to communicate HR policies, procedures, and programs
Recommends employee relations practices and establishes a positive employer to employee relationship
Promotes a high level of employee morale and motivation
Participates in employee investigations when needed
Advises managers and supervisors on employment issues
Prepare and process all payroll in a timely manner
Ensures that the company is compliant with all legal requirements
Provides day to day benefit administration
Assist with any claim issues
Administers 401(k) plan
Administers and maintains all worker’s compensation claims
Assist in creating and maintaining safety program.
Tracks and posts OSHA data
Responsible for full cycle recruiting
Assist in developing new job descriptions when needed
Complete all on boarding and off boarding of employees
Assists with communication throughout the organization
Assist in other departments as needed
Completing other tasks as assigned by President and Vice President
Experience, Education, Training and Expectations
5+ years of working experience in an HR role
Must be a team player
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Competence to build relationships with all levels of employees

Pay: $24.00 – $38.00 per hour
