Your Job as a Case Manager:

The Case Manager is a clinical professional who manages the patients’ cases with a solid background of clinical knowledge and expertise and may be responsible for providing some therapeutic services to patients. The Case Manager provides quality care through developing, implementing, managing and evaluating patient care plans. They will collect clinical data, correlate this clinical data and provide clinical input to the treatment team. The Case Manager conveys medical criteria and clinical information between the insurance provider and treatment team as warranted and may also correlate clinical data for the business office as required.

We have daily shifts that allow our employees to have stable schedules and enjoy quality time away from the facility. Shift hours are early mornings from 5:30 am to 2:00 pm, allowing you to enjoy a great work/life balance, and will split time at our Escondido facility.

Qualifications:


Your Skills and Qualifications as a Case Manager:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or related Human Service field.
  • 1-2 years of experience working in behavioral health setting. Experience with the population served by the clinic preferred.
  • Previous experience in case management and/or utilization review preferred.


Licenses/Certifications:

  • California Certification or Registered Counselor Licensure or certification for counseling required.
