Scheduler for Pediatric Therapy Clinic – Wonderkind Pediatric Therapy – Covina, CA

The Scheduler will serve as the coordinator for schedules and appointments, often between therapists and patients. Schedulers must listen to the needs of the person requesting the appointment in order to determine the amount of time the appointment will require and then find the time that works best for both the patient and the medical professional. A Scheduler should be professional and have the ability to manage multiple calls. A good Scheduler can determine the priority of patients’ needs to determine when an immediate slot should be found or if a patient can come in based on the current schedule. Schedulers, most importantly, manage cancelations, by filling in the therapists’ schedules to keep a full day of work.
