Product Support Specialist – Change Healthcare – Wyoming

Overview Of Position

This position is responsible for investigating and resolving more complex customers issues reported to the support team. The person will also be working closing with our customers, maintaining defects in Salesforce, attending customer meetings, and troubleshooting escalations from our customers and internal Level 1 staff. The person will also collaborate with development to provide better insight into the customers’ needs.


What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Research and evaluate system errors reported by customers
  • Assist with escalations from the level 1 team
  • Collaborate with Account Management and Customer Support Reps on customer efforts and issues.
  • Collaborate with customers to maintain top issues list.
  • Run SQLs, update database fields, report issues to development


What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ year experience in a highly technical software support position
  • Experience with Unix, SQL, MS Windows and MS Office Suite


What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • Certified Pharmacy Technician
  • Pharmacy software experience
  • Experience with troubleshooting custom software
