The successful nurse candidates are team players, can adapt and jump into assignments in facilities that are understaffed and will step up to lead the team as needed.

Pay: Non COVID-19 Assignment $55 per hour, COVID-19 Assignment $60 per hour
Job Requirements:
- Valid LPN License
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Recent PPD Test or Chest X-Ray
- Clear criminal background check(s) & drug screening
- COVID-19 Vaccinated
- Reliable transportation & smartphone
- Flexibility to travel to various locations in Oregon State
- Ability to work up to 48 hours per week
