The Engineering Development Program is a multi-year rotational program designed for newer college graduates who aspire to further enhance their skills and knowledge. The full-time position includes a competitive salary and benefits package. At the conclusion of the program, the participant will be placed in a permanent position that takes into consideration participant strengths and interests.
Participants will be paired with a sponsor for the duration of the Engineering Development Program. The sponsor and participant will establish goals, meet regularly to review progress, and set a rotational path that best supports growth and development. The participant will rotate across several different segments of the company for a minimum of two years and four rotations. All rotations will be in Archbold, OH.
These rotations may include the following, as well as other segments: Mechanical and Electrical Machine Design, Product Design and Testing, Quality Technical Systems, Material Science, Management Daily Operations, TPM Support, Continuous Improvement Management, Lean Manufacturing and Project Management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Flexible and can adapt to changing work environment
- Self-motivated
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Good organizational skills
- Excels in team-oriented work settings
- Strong technical, math and problem solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university in the Engineering field
- Previous Co-op/Intern experience a plus
