Full time Grounds/ Light Maintenance person for apartment community in Southfield, MI.
Applicants must have a valid driver’s license.
Duties include keeping the outside grounds picked up from trash and debris. This person will be helping the maintenance staff when needed in doing light maintenance duties as well. Willing to train right person in light maintenance in turning apartments for move ins, plumbing & electrical. Position could turn into a maintenance tech position with on call rotation.
