Western Wisconsin Health is looking for a full-time Clinic Care Technician (0.9 FTE) to join the Baldwin Clinic. The primary focus of the position is to support the on-going delivery of care as delegated by the professional clinical staff. Duties include rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, height and weight, and collection of basic patient data in the clinic or on the phone, documenting in the electronic medical record, assisting with minor procedures, collecting and labeling specimens, room preparation, and administrative duties. All of this is done to support the organization’s mission while living our values.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school or GED
- Successful completion of an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant Program
- BLS certification (within 3 months of hire)
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior work experience with electronic medical records
- Previous experience in a medical and/or community health care setting
Other Qualifications:
- Exhibit excellent communication and organizational skills
- Critical thinking skills (foresight to pre planning of visits)
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and handle multiple tasks/projects concurrently
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows software and electronic medical records
- Maintain the integrity of highly confidential business information
- Display and promote high standards of ethical conduct and behaviors consistent with organizational standards
Work Schedule:
- 0.9 FTE – 72 hours per biweekly pay period
- Saturday rotation – 4-5 Saturdays per year
