Recovering from surgery or a serious illness after a hospital stay often requires more time and specialized care before you can return home. Additional help with pain management, close monitoring of complex chronic conditions may also be required. At Raymore Nursing and Rehab, we are proud to provide the care and therapy our guests need to regain their strength, improve their mobility and transition their way back to independent living.

If we decide to move forward you will be notified after the interview with a job offer letter and a schedule provided, we will have to do a background screening and within 1-2 business you will be in a full class orientation that lasts about 2-4 hours.

TECHNICAL

• Housekeeper performs tasks to ensure a safe, comfortable and sanitary environment for all residents, staff and

visitors according to established policies and procedures.

ADMINISTRATIVE

• Housekeeper attends meetings and in-services as required.

• Reports problems and needs to the supervisor in a timely manner.

• Maintains written records and documents of services performed according to Federal, State and Corporate requirements.

• Participates in assigned meetings and in-services.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to read, understand and speak English for business necessity.

• Prior experience in a Long Term Care preferred.

CONSUMER SERVICE

• Housekeeper presents professional image to consumers through dress, behavior and speech.

• Adheres to company standards for resolving consumer concerns.

• Ensures that all consumer/resident rights are protected.
