Position Summary
We’re currently seeking a Copywriter to join our marketing team to work on both national and regional projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working in both print and online formats, including email marketing, organic and paid social media ad tactics, video, blog articles and other SEO writing. Corporate communication experience is also a plus.
The writer in this position will be responsible for tackling a variety of projects from concept to completion, while maintaining message consistency and brand integrity. Candidate must have a firm grasp of grammar, sentence structure and punctuation, and the ability to make shifts in voice/tone to suit the needs of different tactics and audiences.
We are seeking someone with a keen attention to detail, a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work in a fast-paced corporate setting. Must be a team player who can effectively work with designers and account managers.
Requirements
- 2 – 4 years of agency or creative writing and editing experience
- Professional writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Ability to adjust writing according to brand standards and a variety of both external and internal audiences
- Ability to proof to a style guide
- Detail-oriented and accurate
- Efficient, multi-tasking ability
- Ability to toggle between long and short ad formats
- Experience in social media marketing
- A four-year degree in English, Marketing, Journalism or a related field

Compensation
- Base Salary: $55,000 – $65,000
- FLSA Status: Exempt
- Bonus Type: Year-end Discretionary
