Key Holder (Full or Part-Time)

PURPOSE OF ROLE

The main function of the Key Holder is to be responsible for opening and closing a store. The main duties also include providing customer service, handling operational procedure, supervising staff members, store security procedures, asset protection, and keeping the store clean and organized.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Upholds customer service and training standards in the store. Exemplify excellence in customer service responsibilities. Identifies and communicates training needs to management.
  • Opening/Closing procedures of store (i.e., open and close registers for business), complete returns and exchanges in the absence of a manager, open/close the doors to the building.
  • Support the management team with the maintenance of daily tasks.
  • Communicate tasks and follow up to management and associates.
  • Achieve or exceed agreed upon annual sales volume objectives and drive sales.
  • Provide a memorable shopping experience by employing exceptional levels of customer service. Always be approachable, accessible, and gracious in all business interactions
  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of Ritual’s product and visual presentation standards in order to effectively service customers. Actively participate in all merchandising activities including, but not limited to daily stock maintenance, product transfers, stocking & floor changeovers
  • Maintain a professional appearance consistent with established guidelines.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of Key Holder experience, preferably within the luxury retail market.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Basic computer skills
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must be able to work on your feet all day
  • Walk up and down a flight of stairs and/or ladder if necessary
  • Lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis
