Appointment Scheduler/Switchboard Operator

Kansas City Orthopedic Alliance currently has positions available in their scheduling office;
Appointment Scheduler & Switchboard Operator. We are looking for caring individuals to join our patient-centered Orthopaedic practice. The successful candidates will demonstrate:

 A willingness to serve our patients with respect and compassion.
 A commitment to support our doctors in a competent and professional manner.
 A desire to contribute as a key player on a high-performing team.

Switchboard Operator Requirements include:

 Candidates will possess excellent customer service and communication skills and be familiar with practice management software.

 2 years in a medical office.
 Job duties include: mastering phone system, transferring post-operative needs, taking consults, scheduling and other clerical duties as assigned.
 Must have computer skills, phone etiquette, exhibit patience and compassion and be comfortable in a fast pace environment.
 Positive upbeat attitude/personality plus

Appointment Scheduler Requirements include:

 Candidates will possess excellent customer service and communication skills and be familiar with practice management software.

 2-year minimum experience with making appointments in a medical office.
 Must have computer skills, phone etiquette, exhibit patience and compassion and be comfortable in a fast pace environment.
 Positive upbeat attitude/personality plus
