What You Do
You deliver services in care plans, including ADLs, and recommend updates as needed. You monitor and report changes in resident symptoms and behavior and communicate with the nurses on duty regarding resident care. You provide education, advice and support to residents and their family members. You work with your team to ensure resident meals are prepared properly and the home is kept clean.

Why You’re Here
The Geneva Suites takes senior residential living to an entirely different level – offering staff to resident ratios of 1:3, rather than the standard ratio of 1:7. This allows you to do what you do best – provide a uniquely high level of service to your residents. In addition, we have our team of nurses available for support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We offer a flexible schedule with every other weekend off along with regularly scheduled training to help you grow in your career.
