The Director of Human Resources is responsible for the general management of human resources functions at the hospital. This includes recruitment, retention, performance management, compensation and benefits administration and leadership development.
Requires: A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
Experience: Requires at least 5 years of experience in human resources-related work and 5 years of supervisory/management experience.
Prefer previous experience in healthcare human resources. Previous experience implementing human resources software programs.
