This position will oversee the recruiting responsibilities for our facilities in Virginia, Eveleth, Grand Rapids, Two Harbors, Duluth, Chisago City, and Rush City in Minnesota and Superior in Wisconsin.
This is a full time position, Monday-Friday, typically 8:00am-4:30pm.
Traveling to the cities listed above will be required every other week to assist with the recruitment efforts.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment plans and strategies designed to fulfill company staffing needs for an assigned region and/or specific positions within Monarch Healthcare Management.
This position will attend community networking events, job and career fairs, as well as update and monitor online sources and utilize advertising/marketing programs to promote Monarch Healthcare Management in the community. In addition, this position will work on special projects as directed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have basic computer competencies. Degree in Human Resources preferred. Must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations. Must qualify for employment, after a criminal background check, per guidelines of the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
