The primary responsibilities for a security maintenance worker are:
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors and team members by patrolling and monitoring premises.
- Performing various routine maintenance and security assignments
- Assist other maintenance personnel in the repair and upkeep of physical structures, equipment, and fixtures of The Overlook Life Care Community.
- Other projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years working in a security and or maintenance related position, in a healthcare setting preferred
