We are seeking a RN for 6 month contract in Maricopa County, AZ.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform immunizations for children attending childcare or school in high volume
  • View immunization records to determine vaccines needed
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation

Requirements:

  • 3 years minimum RN experience
  • Active RN license in the state of Arizona
  • Current CPR
  • Prefer experience in Public Health, school or Physician office setting
  • Bi-Lingual is a plus
