Your Career

Our Customer Experience team is all about helping our clients achieve better security through the adoption of security best practices leveraging the Palo Alto Networks platform with a prevention orientation. We are revolutionizing how quickly customers can maximize the value of their security investment, by incorporating an automation mindset, coupled with a methodology focus to help overcome barriers which may be in the way of improving security posture.

The Customer Experience Automation team is responsible for the innovation around the development of tools to help our customers better understand and measure their current prevention posture and alignment to best practices.

The Customer Experience Automation team is seeking a highly talented individual to help us develop scalable telemetry solutions to send and receive critical diagnostic information, as well as help our customers better understand their devices’ capacity. This initiative is a company priority with executive backing, so you would have the opportunity to make an outsize impact on both our product and our customers.

  • Software developer/engineer
  • Design, test, develop, deploy, maintain and improve software assets
  • Deliver high-quality code through hands-on development with attention to detail
  • Analyze/Research issues and provide solutions to resolve them quickly
  • Enjoy mentoring others on development processes
  • Actively participate in solution design with leads and architects

Qualifications


Your Experience

  • Five or more years building scalable web applications that solve complex business challenges.
  • Experience with Javascript, HTML5, React, CSS3, SASS.Understanding of UI/UX, Agile methodology.
  • Independent, fast learner with great team player skills.


Your Preferred Experience

  • Experience with interactive charts frameworks and canvas graph libraries.Experience with Typescript
  • Experience using an ESLint style guide to keep the code base consistent.
  • Expertise with RESTful APIs and experience in GraphQL.
