Title: Property Manager (Workforce Housing)
Reports to: Regional Operations Manager
Location: Ninnekah, OK
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1 to 3 years of property management preferred

Aries Building Systems is seeking experienced Property Manager to help support our growing business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for complete oversight of the housing facility including but not limited to: guest services, administration, collections, housekeeping oversight, maintenance oversight, occupancy, etc.
- Accountable for daily office and administrative duties
- Provide daily room reports, invoices, and receipts to corporate and individual guests
- Perform daily routine check in and check out procedures
- Market/Sell beds to potential guests/organizations
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
- Input daily information into RAMSES in a timely and accurate manner, reservations, guest information, check ins/outs, etc.
- Keep in good condition all Aries property
- Perform duties in compliance with the Aries Employee Handbook and Camp Operations Standard Operating Procedures
- Answer phones in a professional manner
- Provide the highest level of customer service to all guests
- Receive, collect and distribute guest mail
- Collaborate on a marketing/advertising campaign for ‘heads on beds’
Professional and Personal Characteristics:
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations under multiple circumstances
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and verbal and written communication
- Ability to work independently or on a team at multiple locations in Washington, DC metro
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, find effective solutions and troubleshoot in a fast-paced environment
- Must have clean driving and criminal records and successfully pass a drug test
Experience and Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years property management experience preferred
- Strong computer skills, specifically in Excel, Word, MS Project, and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communications.
- Ability to manage multiple projects if required.
