Call Center Representative – Ezra Medical Center – Brooklyn, NY

We’re looking for a full-time Call Center Associates to join our team.

Call Center Representative Responsibilities:

  • Individuals in this role will be responsible for all phone-centered interactions with patients as well as internal and external clients, e.g.:

Reminder calls for upcoming appointments

Resolve health coverage-related inquiries

Verify insurance auths

  • Thorough record-keeping of all interactions within the various computer systems utilized by the organization

Call Center Representative Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an office environment is a must
  • Experience in a medical setting would be ideal
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
