We’re looking for a full-time Call Center Associates to join our team.
Call Center Representative Responsibilities:
- Individuals in this role will be responsible for all phone-centered interactions with patients as well as internal and external clients, e.g.:
Reminder calls for upcoming appointments
Resolve health coverage-related inquiries
Verify insurance auths
- Thorough record-keeping of all interactions within the various computer systems utilized by the organization
Call Center Representative Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office environment is a must
- Experience in a medical setting would be ideal
- Ability to build rapport
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
