ALAY Home Care is looking for Direct Support Professionals who is Caring, Compassionate and Dependable team members to assist individuals with Developmental Disabilities.
Pay Rate: $17 to $20 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Personal Care – Activities of Daily Living
- Companionship
- Mentorship
- Community Support
- Behavioral Support
- Medication Administration
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, Equivalent or Higher
- Valid CPR/First Aid Certification
Training and Pre-screening:
- Criminal Background Check – Fingerprints
- Drug screening
- College of Direct Support – Online classes for DDD Certifications
Preferred
- Vehicle for Community Transport
- 1 year Behavioral Experience
