The team works closely with sales, customer service, partners, customers and other technical support groups in cross-functional teams. Together, they manage the lifecycle of highly complex, high risk projects – from design to delivery.

What you’ll achieve
As a Project Manager, you will supervise external clients’ projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring technical compatibility and coordinating interdepartmental activities so the product or project is completed on schedule and within budget constraints.

You will:

  • Provide direction to the team during the project for both overall delivery and daily management of activities

  • Make management aware of potential issues or customer escalations and provide updates on performance

  • Optimally coordinate cross functional project teams

  • Build dynamic relationships through communications with customers, management, sales and delivery personnel

  • Articulate the full value of Dell Solutions and Dell Services business benefits to customers, identifying future business opportunities and provide input for revenue forecast

Essential Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of professional experience as a services project or program manager with a Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience
  • Ability to successfully deliver on time, in budget and stay ahead of industry trends and new technologies
  • Exceptional technical aptitude, customer service skills motivational skills
  • Robust knowledge of associated services and solutions
  • Focus on quality and results, with a desire to maximize the commercial value of customer relationships
