With a patient centered culture, the Security Analyst, Information Security will provide a positive experience to
CUSTOMERS/PATIENTS/COMMUNITY through maintaining and monitoring information security policy,
standards and procedures related to information confidentiality, integrity and availability. This position will be
responsible for proactively protecting the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of electronic information in
the custody of or processed by Mon Health System.
Education Requirements
Associates degree or equivalent experience
Experience Requirements
3-5 years of Information Security experience in healthcare environment with background in credentials
management and administration, intrusion management and monitoring and general IT Security concepts
including but not limited to HIPAA regulations. Experience with AD and LDAP management.
Physical Requirements
Light Work: Frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 lbs. with a maximum lifting of 25 lbs.
Must be willing to travel locally to other system locations. Must be willing to respond to security issues 7×24
