We are looking for a full-time team member to join our team with consistent workweek hours of Monday through Friday (5:00 am-2:00 pm) onsite at our Rancho Santa Margarita location.
Position Description:
As an Associate Customer Relations Representative, you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:
- Enter customer orders and understand the Customer Relations department’s processes
- Comprehend and comply with safety rules and company policies
- Work directly with external customers as well as Applied Medical internal departments such as Credit, Field Operations, Shipping, etc.
- Assist with other tasks and projects as needed
Position Requirements:
This position requires the following skills and attributes:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center setting, preferably within a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred:
The following skills and attributes are preferred:
- Experience with SAP
