This position will offer a SIGN-ON BONUS of $200 total with $100 after 30 days and $100 after 90 days! Starting pay = $12.00/hr

We are looking for a Full-Time Room Attendant/Housekeeper at the Hampton Inn by Hilton – Southridge who is able to work independently and focus on the details of cleaning guest rooms. The Hampton Inn by Hilton – Southridge is a limited service hotel that features 139 guest rooms, a state of the art Fitness Center, indoor pool and a comfortable patio area with a fire pit. Position Summary:

The Room Attendant/Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Responsibilities:

Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming.

Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities.

Perform deep cleaning tasks.

Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis.

Dispose of trash and recyclables.

Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.

Respond to guest questions and provide guest assistance, directions, and information as requested.

Must be ready to step in and support coworkers and team as needed to ensure efficient operation.

Qualifications:

Ability to attend to guests, associates and management in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner which requires strong customer service as well as written and oral communication skills.

Knowledge of basic sanitation requirements/controls and applications of relevant chemicals.
