Job Summary: Do you love providing compassionate care to people with exceptional needs? IntelliChoice is in need of Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide home and community services to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. The successful candidate will love working with individuals to improve their lives and provide support for their best possible future. We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and professional DSP who is comfortable providing support, care, and training to individuals in the home and community. We offer a positive, upbeat work environment where the entire home care team works together for the good of the individuals served, and we hope you’ll want to join our team.

Responsibilities: Provide one on one care in the home and community to support needs such as safety skills, personal care, communication skills, social skills, job skills, independent living skills, etc.

Requirements:

Current driver’s license and reliable transportation

Clean criminal background

CPR and FA

TB Skin Test (Within the past 12 months)

Minimum of GED or High School Diploma
