Seeking persistent field marketing representative for a medical company.

Pay range includes base and commission.

Responsible for building referral source relationships in a variety of settings including, but not limited to the following: primary care, podiatry, urology, OBGYN, and other outpatient settings. This will only be achieved through the utilization of proper educational and sales tactics towards potential referring doctors.

Responsible for creating patient/community events for direct to consumer education. Must be a problem solver.

These services are generally available in larger hospital systems and are difficult for patients to access due to cost, wait times, etc. Interventional Radiology is one of the most advanced and competitive fields in healthcare. Our company, Advantage IR, specializes in the establishment of these services within our own outpatient surgical centers. We are in the business of making general surgery obsolete in many areas as we specialize in up-and-coming minimally invasive procedures. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, health care or related business field preferred.
  • Proof of targeted achievements within a service/sales position.
  • Minimum of 2 years direct sales experience targeted to physicians, community events, and other venues for sales and education.
  • Proven success in personally developing referrals and building a book of business.
  • Coachable and willing to learn new concepts.
  • Experience with local community groups preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Expand community base and develop referral relationships with but not limited to: primary care physicians, OBGYN’s, Podiatrists, urologists, wound care specialists, vein specialists, etc.
  • Community event programs to target potential patients. There is no specific limit around the types of events possible here.
  • Understand local industry trends to represent and differentiate the company services and procedures relative to the surgical alternatives available to patients.
  • Participate in home study training for service lines and clinical trials.
  • Takes an active role in developing the marketing plan and budget with VP of Business Development by assessing community needs, outlining marketing strategy/objectives, creating a physician target list and identifying specific marketing action items with measurable goals.
  • Develop relationships with a growing base of referral sources, leading to a consistent flow of quality referrals to the center. Majority of time (95%) allocated to external sales development.
  • Effectively utilizes CRM Company tool to maintain accurate and up to date information on the CRM tools.
  • Maintains a thorough knowledge of the center’s products, services, capabilities, and physician relations.
  • Takes active role in business development meetings. Meets weekly with department heads to discuss marketing opportunities, concerns and solutions. Meets regularly with the marketing team.
  • Obtains and achieves specific weekly, monthly, and annual referral metrics and targets as set-forth by the company.
  • Maintains an active involvement in the community organizations and associations.
  • Maintains up-to-date customer profiles on existing referral sources.
  • Conducts lead generating seminars which target potential quality inquiries. Schedules and leads effective presentations. Captures and follows up on seminar leads.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
