The Finance Business Partner will provide financial planning, analysis, and decision making support for the Central Market (Pest Control and Ambius lines of business). The role reports directly to the North America Head of Finance Business Partnering. As part of the Central Market leadership team, the Finance Business Partner works closely with the Market VP, and the market leadership team to ensure that the business strategy delivers the desired financial and operational results.They should possess a solid business acumen, capable of analyzing a variety of business situations, often with limited initial information provided. The Finance Business Partner is highly self-directed. They must be capable of receiving strategic guidance, and then developing and implementing the steps necessary for effective implementation/execution. They are a leader, a decision maker, an influencer, and the commercial voice within the Central Market.The Rentokil North America (RNA) finance team is responsible for providing strategic financial analysis, budgeting, reporting and recommendations to support the organization’s mission and values Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Point of contact for all information regarding forecasting and reporting the monthly P&L, Cash Flow, KPI calculations, AR/DSO, and portfolio Coordinate and manage the Annual Operating Plan process Work closely with department and/or business leaders to achieve RNA financial targets Provide guidance and recommendations of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal/state/provincial law and company business philosophy Ensure security and integrity of Rentokil North America’s financial information Draft, modify and implement company financial policies across businesses in U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico. Oversee financial reporting systems to ensure accuracy and strategic value Develop the bottoms-up AOP (Annual Operating Plan), bridge it to the top-down guidance and the prior year delivery. This includes full P&L, DSO (Day Sales Outstanding), Capital Expenditure planning, and Head-count planning. Prepare monthly and Fiscal Year P&L forecasting. Deliver monthly MPR (Management Performance Review) reporting package with deep and meaningful analysis of the results. Perform ad hoc analysis. As the business changes and grows, the Finance Business Partner will be required to financially evaluate new initiatives. Combine operational data and financial data into meaningful analysis to drive the business results. Develop and communicate recommendations to the Market / Functional leadership teams to improve business results and add value to the organization. Train Market operational team and hold accountable for financial acumen, systems knowledge, P&L management and linking operational decisions to financial performance Prepare acquisition business cases, perform due diligence procedures on acquisition candidates, integrate acquired companies, and track performance against the business case. What do you need? Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field or equivalent relevant experience – Required MBA in finance, accounting or related field – preferred 8+ years of finance experience in a multi-unit organization 2+ years relevant experience in a management role This job can be a remote position or in the office located in Wyomissing, PA Travel by Car and Airplane up to 30% of the time depending on geographic location (conditions permitting). Proven ability to develop strong working relationships with leaders and act as a partner on all financial related decisions. Strong abilities in effective solutions to various operational and financial matters. Thrive in a fast paced and changing environment while maintaining focus on delivering repeatable, reliable solutions with flawless execution and superior customer service. Ability to work independently setting own priorities and objectives with leadership support. Skilled at focusing on desired results, determining what is important and urgent, identifying next steps, and effectively meeting deadlines and achieving desired results. Ability to maintain highly confidential information. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP – preferred Anaplan Budgeting/Forecasting – preferred Cognos – preferred Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 2007 or later, especially Excel, and Intermediate skills in Word, and PowerPoint – preferred Have knowledge of Google Suite, especially Google Drive and associated programs frequently used at Rentokil North America (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides) – preferred Experience supporting different districts/areas of the business at once. – preferred Experience working with large amounts of data. – preferred Experience with presenting data to the Leadership team. – preferred Experience managing large projects. – preferred Must pass pre-employment background screen and drug test Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass motor vehicle record search Why Choose Rentokil?
