Quality Improvement Director

YOUR ROLE at NWHS:

The Quality Improvement (QI) Director leads the strategic development and implementation of the agency-wide Quality Improvement Plan. This position directs and works collaboratively with Quality Improvement Teams in achieving the Quality Improvement Plan goals, providing regular progress reports to the NWHS Board of Directors. Using a continuous improvement mindset, the QI Director ensures compliance with regulatory and accrediting agency standards as they relate to QI matters.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; master level training preferred.
  • Must have strong organizational skills.
  • Minimum three years’ experience with a Joint Commission accredited clinic or agency.
  • Experience with quality improvement processes required.
  • Valid Oregon Driver’s License and proof of automobile insurance.
