Looking for a Patient Care Assistant for an Acupuncture office located in St. Charles, MO.
*PART-TIME ONLY – approx. 20 hours.

You are a jack of all trades who can wear many hats, including social media marketing, office maintenance, backup scheduler, and patient management. You will be an integral part of the office as we help people find their way toward health and wellness.
You are a multi-tasker extraordinaire, have stellar organization skills, unreasonable optimism, are part air traffic controller, social media creative, and can anticipate the next task.
You are able to keep your personal life personal, no drama in the office. We are there to work and work efficiently.
The ideal candidate loves to smile, laugh, socialize with patients and make them feel like the only person in the room, but you can also get down to business with to do lists and a spreadsheet.
We are a busy acupuncture office in St. Charles looking for an acupuncture assistant to help with the following:
escort patients to room
adjunctive patient care (cupping, qua sha, estim – will train)
clean rooms
backup scheduler and answer phones
social media work – create organic posts is a bonus*
inventory and supplies
We offer part time work – we are closed Fri, Sat, Sunday.
Our hours are Mon/Wed 1:15 to 6:00
Tues/Thursday 8:15 – 1:00.
$12-14/hr
Did we mention no weekends?
We will train the right candidate, but office experience is a bonus.
