We are a boutique law firm located in Richardson that practices immigration, family, and criminal law. We are growing quickly and need an attorney who will appear frequently in court.
1-2 years of immigration experience preferred but not required. The ability to speak Spanish is a plus! The associate will be responsible for overseeing and assisting in the preparation of court filings, communicating extensively with clients, managing their own deadlines, and performing other functions assigned by management. We need someone who is very friendly and professional and has a sharp attention to detail. We want someone who takes initiative and will work as a team with our staff.
Qualifications:
- Must have a license to practice law from the State Bar Association or be Licensed to practice immigration law in Texas and have no prior disciplinary action on record
- Must have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good organization and multitasking abilities.
- Must be skilled in negotiation, debate, and persuasion techniques
