HR Solutions Center Representative – Novant Health – Wilmington, NC

The HR Solutions Center Representative (HRSC) will report to the HR Solutions Manager for Tier 1 or Tier 2. This position will assist with escalated issues that require in depth research in the HR Solutions Center. This position will process request for benefits, position management, talent acquisition, and other HR requests. This position may assist with performing quality assurance audits. This position would require excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize and organize task and resources. This position will also participate and offer process improvements. More complex issues will be communicated to the analyst for in-depth review and resolution. May serve as a Tier 1 Partner and provide support, development, and/or guidance to all HRSC Tier 1 and Tier 2 services. Perform all duties and responsibilities in compliance with standard operating procedures and other applicable Federal, State, and local regulations.
