Warehouse Team Member
We are a well-established global supplier of telecommunications products, solutions and services located in Archdale, NC. Our business is experiencing strong sales growth and we are looking for a high-quality individual to join our warehouse team that takes great pride in providing stellar shipping and related services to both external and internal customers.
Job Description
Responsible for completing tasks associated with warehouse receiving, shipping, and inventory preparation and control processes.
- Receiving – process incoming shipments by performing quality inspections, reconciling against purchase orders, and recording amounts of items received for inventory control purposes using company computer systems.
- Inventory organization and customization – stocking shelves, assembling product builds from components, and cable cuts to specified lengths.
- Shipping – pull items from inventory, check items against customer sales and purchase orders, pack, box, and label items for delivery to customers.
- Miscellaneous – help with duties to maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse space working environment.

- Previous warehouse experience required
- Warehouse experience in an equipment (telecom, electrical, plumbing, etc.) company would be a real bonus!
- Previous warehouse management experience will really make you stand out!!
- Strong customer service orientation
- Good attention to detail
- Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Experience with International Shipping, FedEx and UPS packaging systems
- Ability to regularly lift or move objects 10-50lbs and occasionally assisting others to move heavier objects.
- Experience operating forklifts is desirable

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
