RPRC Services LLC is a third-party contractor that manages Home Health referrals to medical disciplines. We operate across the state of California, just let us know which areas you want to cover! This is a great supplementary income position.
Job Summary
- This is an Independent Contractor position allowing the greatest autonomy of practice possible.
- Flexibility – Work as much as you can! Set your own hours and schedule to fit your specific needs!
- Geo-targeted areas – You can specify your area of coverage, and we will assign patients based on your preferred areas.
- Training – Training will be provided for those without Home Health experience.
- Charting assistance – we have established an efficient charting system which only takes very little of your time.

Home Health Advantages:

Job Summary:
- The Occupational Therapist participates as a member of the interdisciplinary team providing support and information within the area of Occupational Therapy.
- Evaluates patients referred for home care services to determine appropriateness for physical therapy services.
- Establishes a home care plan including assessment of the appropriateness of the requested services.
- Completes documentation in a timely manner
- Makes initial evaluation visits to patients and develops/implements an appropriate Plan of Care based on skilled assessment and various tests to determine patient’s individualized needs.
- Assists in the supervision of a COTA
- Maintains and submits appropriate documentation, notes and reports
What will you need to submit?
- California Issued Professional License
- Basic Life Support Certificate or Active CPR Card
- Driver’s License
- Auto Insurance (registered to the applicant’s name)
- Physical Exam or “Fit to Work” doctor’s note (we do not fill out forms; we accept results from 1 year of acquisition)
- PPD or TB/Chest X-Ray test result
- Flu Shot record
- Proof of Covid 19 Vaccine
