Walking the Talk
We close the office for two hours every week to huddle as a clinical team and share feedback and ideas on how we can become our best. We donate all the profits from tooth whitening to local charities and participate in humanitarian trips. We close the office several days a year to attend training and development for our teams. Requirements
- Love what you do
- Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA) a plus
- Familiarity with dental equipment and instruments
- Knowledge of Cerec, 3Shape, and intraoral scanning a plus
- Experience with sedation and dental implant placement and restoration a plus
- Willingness and ability to participate in training, which may include travel
- Experience using digital technology and electronic medical records
- Willing to build trust with others
