Minnick’s HVAC, Plumbing, & Insulation
in Laurel, MD is looking to hire a full-time Lead HVAC Technician / Installer to go into our clients’ homes to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and install their heating and cooling systems as needed while also advising, mentoring, and supervising our younger techs. Are you a skilled HVAC Technician who is looking for a well-respected and stable company to build a successful, long-term career with? We pay our Lead Technicians a competitive hourly wage with monthly bonus potential. QUALIFICATIONS TO BE A LEAD HVAC TECHNICIAN / INSTALLER

  • At least 3 years of service experience
  • EPA CFC Refrigerant Type II minimum certification
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform typical tasks associated with installing heating and cooling systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and DOT test
