- Able to lift 40 pounds frequently
- Able to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Able to work weekends, nights and holidays
- Experience with solid fuel cooking a plus
- Must be 18 years of age
Other responsibilities may include but are not limited to: assisting with inventory stock, prepping stations and kitchen set ups, cleaning and sanitizing for shifts. Assisting with high quality food prep (chopping vegetables, cutting meat, prepping sauces…etc.), assist with plating dishes and cooking menu items with the support of the kitchen staff.
